    Refund Policy

    Products damaged due to improper handling or installation

    Clearance, discontinued, or final-sale items

    Because many industrial automation and electrical products are sensitive components, opened or installed items cannot usually be resold or returned to suppliers.

    5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    Customers should provide: order number, product photos, packaging photos, and a description of the issue.

    Once reviewed, our support team will determine whether the item qualifies for replacement, refund, warranty assistance, or return authorization.

    Do not dispose of damaged products or packaging until the claim review process is completed.

    Normal wear, misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty claims.

    9. Return Shipping Responsibility

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was shipped by Industrials Parts, the product arrived damaged due to shipping, or the item is verified defective upon arrival.

    Approved returns should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

    Industrials Parts is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return shipping.
